    In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and fresh dill until well combined. Set aside.

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, capers, and lemon juice. Stir well and set aside.

    Mix the Coleslaw

    In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season wild salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
