Prepare the Fish
Cut the halibut, cod, salmon, and tuna into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Jerk Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add scallions, garlic, and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Simmer the Fish
Add the fish pieces to the skillet and pour in the jerk sauce ingredients. Simmer gently for about 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
