    Prepare the Fish

    Cut the halibut, cod, salmon, and tuna into bite-sized pieces.

    Make the Jerk Sauce

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add scallions, garlic, and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Assembling the Dish
