Prepare the Fish
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.

Bake the Fish
Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Prepare the Tacos
While the fish is baking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable. Prepare your toppings: mix shredded cabbage with lime juice, and set up sour cream, cilantro, and avocado.

Once the fish is done, remove it from the oven. Fill each tortilla with a piece of fish, top with cabbage, a dollop of sour cream, fresh cilantro, and avocado slices.
