Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wagyu Sirloin

Remove the Wagyu Sirloin A5 from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Sear the Steak

Heat a skillet or grill over high heat. Add olive oil and sear the Wagyu Sirloin for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the time according to your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Prepare Wasabi

While the mushrooms are cooking, grate the fresh wasabi using a microplane or grater.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the rested Wagyu Sirloin and serve with the sautéed mushrooms on the side. Add a dollop of freshly grated wasabi for a spicy kick.
