Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the black vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Set aside.

Cook the Salmon
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Add Sauce to Salmon
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, basting with the sauce until the salmon is cooked through.

Serve the Bowl
In a serving bowl, place a scoop of cooked rice. Top with the teriyaki salmon and drizzle with any remaining sauce. Garnish with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
