    Prepare the Otoro

Slice the Otoro into thick sashimi-style pieces, about 1 inch in thickness.

  2. 2

    Season

Remove the Otoro from the skillet, and lightly season with sea salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Plate

On a serving plate, arrange the baby kale in a bed. Drizzle with wakame oil.

  5. 5

    Assemble

Place the seared Otoro on top of the baby kale. Drizzle with house soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while the Otoro is warm.
