Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place them in an oven-safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 2
Make the Chive Crème Fraîche
While the salmon is baking, finely chop the fresh chives and mix them into the crème fraîche along with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Toast the Rye Bread
In a toaster or on a grill, lightly toast the rye bread slices until golden brown.
- 4
Assemble the Dish
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Flake the salmon into pieces and divide it into pots. Top with the chive crème fraîche. Serve with the toasted rye bread on the side.
