Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potato Spaghetti

Peel the potatoes and use a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create thin spaghetti-like strands of potato. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble. Reserve some bacon fat in the skillet.

  3. 3

    Cook the Brussels Sprouts

In the same skillet, add Brussels sprouts and minced garlic. Sauté until the sprouts are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Turkey Filling

In a bowl, mix ground turkey with paprika, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper. Form into a loaf shape.

  5. 5

    Wrap the Turkey

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). On a baking sheet, place the turkey loaf and wrap it tightly with the potato spaghetti strands, ensuring it is fully covered.

  6. 6

    Bake

Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped turkey and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, let the dish cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with sautéed Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
