Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Place the black cod fillets in a resealable plastic bag or dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Daikon

While the fish is marinating, julienne the daikon radish and set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Fish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated black cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the black cod hot, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Add a side of julienned daikon for crunch.
