Prepare Ingredients
Chop the bacon into small pieces and set aside. Crumble the goat's cheese and set aside. If using fresh peas, shell them and rinse under cold water.

Cook Bacon
In a medium oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove excess fat if necessary.

Add Peas
Stir in the fresh peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender.

Cook Frittata
Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes until the edges start to set but the center is still slightly runny.

Transfer the skillet to the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the top is puffed and golden brown.
