Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wakame

Soak the dried wakame in warm water for about 10 minutes until it expands and softens. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Add the baby chickens to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated chickens in a roasting pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Plate the chicken and top with the soaked wakame. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
