Baking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2
Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the 70% dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- 3
Mix Sugars and Eggs
In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
- 4
- 5
Add Dry Ingredients
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 6
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve
Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
