1. Prepare the Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread marinara sauce evenly over the flatbread.
2. Add Cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the marinara sauce.
3. Bake the Flatbread
Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Prepare the Salad
While the flatbread is baking, in a bowl, combine arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix.
