1. Cook the Linguini

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté Chicken and Sausage

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and andouille sausage. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add Vegetables

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

4. Add Shrimp and Cajun Sauce

Stir in the shrimp, diced tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Combine with Linguini

Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

6. Serve

Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
