Ingredients: 2 cups Penne pasta; 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined; 1 cup Andouille sausage, sliced; 1 medium Red onion, diced; 1 cup Bell peppers, diced (mix of colors); 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded; 4 oz Cream cheese; 1 cup Milk; 1 cup Tomatoes, diced; 1 tsp Chili powder; 2 tbs Butter; 1 cup Breadcrumbs; 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Black pepper

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the red onion and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce

Stir in the andouille sausage and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Sausage and Shrimp
