Method
Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil until well combined.
Grill the Chicken

Marinate Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cook the Rice

Rinse Rice
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
Sauté the Vegetables

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Assemble the Bowl

Serve
In a bowl, place a serving of rice, top with grilled chicken, sautéed vegetables, and drizzle with the remaining teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
