Preparation Steps
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: crab meat, lettuce, tomato, thin cut fries, tartar sauce, and bread rolls.
Cook the Fries
In a deep fryer or a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the thin cut fries until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare the Bread Rolls
Slice the bread rolls in half horizontally. You can lightly toast them if desired.
Slice the Tomato
Wash the tomato and slice it into thin rounds.
Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each bread roll, place 2 lettuce leaves. Add a generous portion of crab meat on top, followed by a few slices of tomato.
Add Tartar Sauce
Drizzle the tartar sauce over the crab and tomato layers.
Top the Sandwich
Place the top half of the bread roll on the sandwich. Press down gently to secure.
Serve with Fries
Serve the sandwiches on a plate alongside a portion of the crispy thin cut fries.
