Shrimp and Filling

Cocktail Sauce

Method

Prepare the Shrimp Filling

  1. 1

    Mix the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

Take the peeled and deveined shrimp and make a small incision along the back to create a pocket for the filling.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Shrimp

Spoon the crab mixture into each shrimp pocket, pressing gently to fill.

Make the Cocktail Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and hot sauce to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Prepare the Sides

  1. 5

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the thin-cut fries according to the package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.

  2. 6

    Mix the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with the dressing and toss until well coated. Set aside.

Final Cooking

  1. 7

    Cook the Stuffed Shrimp

Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
