Prepare the Shrimp Filling

In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Take the peeled and deveined shrimp and make a small incision along the back to create a pocket for the filling.

Spoon the crab mixture into each shrimp pocket, pressing gently to fill.
Make the Cocktail Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and hot sauce to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Prepare the thin-cut fries according to the package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with the dressing and toss until well coated. Set aside.
