Preparation of Miso Glaze

Make the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.

Marinate Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the miso glaze over them. Ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Rinse the Rice
Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, combine rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets, sliced carrots, and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp and vibrant in color.
