Preparation of Crab-'No'-Cake

Prepare the Crab Substitute
In a mixing bowl, shred or crumble the crab substitute until it resembles the texture of crab meat.

Make the Creamy Tartar Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill pickle relish, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Combine Ingredients
Add the shredded crab substitute to the creamy tartar sauce and mix until the crab substitute is well coated.
Assembling the Sandwich

Prep the Vegetables
Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Toast the Bread (Optional)
If desired, lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Layer the Ingredients
On one slice of bread, layer a generous amount of mixed greens, followed by a few slices of tomato, and then top with a scoop of the crab-'no'-cake mixture. Optionally, add more mixed greens on top.

Complete the Sandwich
Place the second slice of bread on top, pressing down gently. Cut the sandwich in half if desired, and serve immediately.
