In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with mayonnaise.

Make the Chicken Salad

In a separate bowl, combine the diced cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and sliced strawberries.

Prepare the Fruits

On a serving plate, place a generous scoop of the chicken salad. Top with candied pecans and serve alongside the mixed fruits.
