Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribeye

Place the ribeye steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Grill the Ribeye

Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the ribeye on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribeye from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
