Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a bowl, beat the egg and dip each chicken strip in the egg, then coat in bread crumbs.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In the same pot, combine milk and cream cheese over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Mix in the cooked macaroni.

Combine and Bake
Fold in the Buffalo chicken strips into the mac and cheese mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish, top with additional bread crumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
