For the Jerk Pork

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Add the Pork

Add the pork loin to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for more flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork

Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with black beans and rice.
