Preparation Directions
1. Prepare the Tartar Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, capers, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
2. Grill the Mahi Mahi
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the Mahi Mahi fillet with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
3. Assemble the Sandwich
Toast the sandwich bun lightly if desired. Spread a generous amount of tartar sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Place the grilled Mahi Mahi on top, followed by a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
4. Serve
Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately.
