Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Marinate the Wings
Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.
