Jerk Baby Back Ribs Recipe
Quite possibly the best ribs in town! This full rack of pork ribs is marinated in jerk seasonings, grilled, and then slow-cooked until they’re falling off the bone. Topped with our homemade Bar-B-Que sauce, they are served with Baked Potato Salad.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Transfer the grilled ribs to a slow cooker. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.

Prepare the Bar-B-Que Sauce
While the ribs are cooking, you can prepare your homemade Bar-B-Que sauce (optional).

Serve
Once the ribs are done, remove them from the slow cooker and brush generously with Bar-B-Que sauce. Let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with Baked Potato Salad.
