Jamaican Jerk Pork Recipe
A 5 oz. cut of boneless pork loin marinated and grilled just to doneness. Slightly spicy and always moist. Served with black beans and rice and a side of our house salad.

Cook the Rice
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the white rice and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the water is absorbed.

Prepare the Black Beans
Heat the black beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.

Serve
Slice the grilled pork and serve alongside the black beans, rice, and house salad.
