Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Set aside.

Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing well. Stir in the mango puree, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Combine and Chill
Pour the mango cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Serve
Once frozen, remove the pie from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve topped with whipped cream and raspberry sauce if desired.
