Prepare the Pot
In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Add the Old Bay seasoning and salt.

Cook the Potatoes
Once the water is boiling, add the halved new potatoes. Boil for about 10-15 minutes or until they begin to soften.

Add the Sausage and Corn
Add the sliced Andouille sausage and corn on the cob halves to the pot. Continue boiling for another 5-7 minutes.

Finish with Shrimp
Add the shrimp and cayenne pepper to the pot. Boil for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
