For Grilling
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Fish
2. Brush the fish fillets with the marinade on both sides and let them sit for about 15 minutes.

For Steaming
5. If you prefer steaming, place the fish fillet on a piece of parchment paper. Drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fold the parchment to create a sealed pouch.

Steam the Fish
6. Place the parchment envelope on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
