Prepare the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet. Brush one side with olive oil and bake for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Prepare the Topping

In a bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Fold in the fresh dill.

Assemble the Crostini

Spread a generous amount of the crème fraîche mixture on each crostini. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and garnish with additional dill if desired.
