Fry the Potatoes
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the hand-cut fries in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

In a small saucepan, heat the pulled pork over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

In a large serving bowl or plate, create a pile of the hand-cut fries. Top generously with the heated pulled pork, followed by a scoop of savory slaw. Drizzle Pucker Sauce over the top.
