Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by hand-cutting the potatoes into fries. Rinse them in cold water to remove excess starch, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the hand-cut fries in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

  3. 3

    Heat the Pulled Pork

In a small saucepan, heat the pulled pork over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Cowboy Sundae

In a large serving bowl or plate, create a pile of the hand-cut fries. Top generously with the heated pulled pork, followed by a scoop of savory slaw. Drizzle Pucker Sauce over the top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with a plastic fork on the side.
