    Prepare the Pork

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork cubes and season with salt and black pepper. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add Aromatics

    Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

    Deglaze the Pan

    Pour in the white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes.

    Steam the Clams

    Add the cleaned clams to the skillet and sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley. Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams have opened.

    Serve

    Once the clams are opened, remove from heat. Discard any clams that did not open. Serve the pork and clams hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
