Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork

Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Febras de Porco!
