Black Beans, Herb Sour Cream, House Seasoned Corn Chips

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Cook the Turkey

Add ground turkey to the pot. Cook until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Add Turkey and Seasonings

Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and water or broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, chopped herbs, and lime juice. Stir well and set aside.

Mix the Sour Cream

Place corn tortilla chips on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with house seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
