Chicken Wings

Buffalo Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

General Tsao Sauce

Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Cooking

3

Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Sauce Preparation

4

Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, and vinegar. Stir until combined and heated through.

5

Teriyaki Sauce

In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.

6

General Tsao Sauce

In a saucepan, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. Cook on medium heat until slightly thickened.

Tossing Wings

7

Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, divide them into three bowls. Toss each batch in one of the sauces (Buffalo, Teriyaki, or General Tsao) until evenly coated.
