Method
Preparation of Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- 5
Toss in Hot Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Preparation of Vegetables
- 6
Prepare the Vegetables
While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery and carrot sticks into bite-sized pieces.
