Method
Burger Directions
Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix gently and form into 2 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place them on paper towels to drain excess grease.
Cook the Beef Patties
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once hot, place the beef patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
Add Cheese and Roast Beef
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and top with a portion of barn roast beef. Cover the skillet with a lid to help melt the cheese.
Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns if desired. Place the beef patty with melted cheese and roast beef on the bottom half of the bun. Layer with crispy bacon and top with the other half of the bun.
French Fries Directions
Prepare the French Fries
Cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions, either by baking or frying until golden and crispy.
Season the Fries
Once cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle with salt to taste. Serve with ketchup if desired.
