Method

Burger Preparation

1

Cook the Taylor Ham

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the slices of Taylor Ham for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and browned.

2

Melt the Cheese

Place a slice of American cheese on each slice of Taylor Ham in the skillet during the last minute of cooking. Cover the skillet to help the cheese melt.

3

Prepare the Vegetables

While the ham and cheese are cooking, thinly slice the raw onion and tomato. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

4

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the sliced tomato, the cooked Taylor Ham with melted cheese, and finally the raw onions. Place the top half of the bun to complete the burger.

French Fries Preparation

5

Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 180°C (350°F).

6

Fry the French Fries

Add the frozen French fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

7

Season the Fries

Sprinkle the hot French fries with salt to taste while they are still hot.
