Method

Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

3

Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

4

Toast the Buns

Toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.

Sautéed Spinach Preparation

5

Sauté the Spinach

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

6

Add Spinach

Add the fresh spinach, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

Sautéed Mushrooms Preparation

7

Sauté the Mushrooms

In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and black pepper.

8

Cook Mushrooms

Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are browned and tender.

French Fries Preparation

9

Fry the French Fries

In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Add frozen French fries in batches and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

10

Drain and Season

Remove fries and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while hot.
