Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, cream cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Stuffing the Fish

  1. 3

    Prepare the Flounder

Lay the flounder fillets on a clean surface. If they are thin, you may place a piece of plastic wrap over them and gently pound them to an even thickness.

  2. 4

    Stuff the Fillets

Take a generous scoop of the stuffing mixture and place it on one end of a flounder fillet. Roll the fillet over the stuffing to enclose it. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat with the remaining fillets.

Baking

  1. 5

    Arrange in Baking Dish

Place the stuffed flounder fillets seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

  2. 6

    Add Topping

Melt the butter and drizzle it over the stuffed fillets. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.

  3. 7

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
