Cooking the Burger

Cook the Beef Patty
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ground beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Fry the Taylor Ham
In the same skillet, add the slices of Taylor ham and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and browned.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cooked beef patty. Top it with the crispy Taylor ham, a slice of cheddar cheese, and the fried egg. Close with the top half of the bun.
Cooking the French Fries

Prepare the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the French Fries
Carefully add the French fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
