Method

Cooking the Burger

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef Patty

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ground beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Fry the Taylor Ham

In the same skillet, add the slices of Taylor ham and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and browned.

  3. 3

    Fry the Egg

In a separate small pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cooked beef patty. Top it with the crispy Taylor ham, a slice of cheddar cheese, and the fried egg. Close with the top half of the bun.

Cooking the French Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Oil

In a deep pot or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Fry the French Fries

Carefully add the French fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

  3. 7

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
