Prepare the Marinade
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.

Make the Garlic Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and water until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed. Set aside.

Prepare the Wraps
Warm the pita bread in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable. Slice the cooked chicken into strips.

Place sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped parsley onto the warm pita bread. Drizzle garlic sauce over the top.
