1. Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once hot, add the shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and chopped calabrese chili. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add Tomatoes
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they start to soften and burst.
4. Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the lemon juice. Cook for another minute to combine flavors.
5. Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top. Serve immediately, garnished with additional lemon juice if desired.
