Preparation and Assembly
1. Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
2. Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape about 12 inches in diameter.
3. Add Nutella
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread the Nutella evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Prepare Toppings
Slice the bananas into thin rounds and wash the mixed berries. Arrange the banana slices and mixed berries on top of the Nutella.
5. Bake the Pizza
Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
6. Garnish and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the shaved white chocolate over the top. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
