Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In another skillet, cook the nitrate free bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the bacon, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired style (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc.). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Toast the Bread

Toast the nine grain bread slices until golden brown. Spread a thin layer of grass-fed butter on each slice.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the cooked potatoes, bacon, and eggs. Serve with the toasted bread and a side of local jam.
