Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Jalapeños

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Italian Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage with smoked mozzarella and chopped pepperoni slices until well combined.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Jalapeños

Spoon the filling mixture into each jalapeño half, packing it evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake the Poppers

Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.
