Fried Ravioli Ingredients
Directions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Bread the Ravioli
Dredge each ravioli in flour, shaking off the excess. Next, dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off. Finally, coat the ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the breaded ravioli on a plate.
3. Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the Ravioli
Carefully add the breaded ravioli to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
5. Serve
Serve the fried ravioli warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
