Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Dredge each breast in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Stir in the capers.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to heat through and coat with the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
